Cauliflower Manchurian

Makes for: 6
INGREDIENTS: 1 medium. cauliflower clean and broken into big florettes.
1 small bunch spring onoin/Plain Onion finely chopped
2 tsp. ginger finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic finely chopped / or Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt to taste

2-3 Green Chillies/ 1 Big capsicum 1/4 cup plain flour
3 tbsp. cornflour
1/4 tsp. red chilli powder
3 tbsp. oil

2 tbsp Soya Sauce
2-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Oil Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves

Preparation of gobhi manchurian :

  1. Make a paste of Plain Flour, corn flour and salt using water.
  2. Dip the gobi florets in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in another pan and add the ginger & garlic paste, chopped onions, Green Capsicum and green chillies to it.
  4. Now, mix, soya sauce and tomato sauce to it.
  5. Add fried Gobi kept aside and mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve the gobi manchurian hot with noodles or rice.
